PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The YourArubaHome two-bedroom townhome features a 2-story floor plan in the
gated and upscale residential community of GOLD COAST ARUBA. On the ground
floor, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2
bar stools, a 6-seat dining table, a queen-size sofa bed, a smart TV, a full
bathroom, and access to a fenced patio with a 4-seat dining table in a cozy setting.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and accessible balconies. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, a balcony, and an attached primary full bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a balcony, and an attached full bathroom. The townhome accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 beds (in the bedrooms) and optionally a sofa bed (in the living room) which can accommodate 2 additional guests.
The townhome includes air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area, a private parking space at the front door, hot water, free wireless internet, three flat-screen TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), and in-room washer/dryer facilities for your added comfort.
COMMUNITY AND AREA
This townhome offers 1,200 sq ft (110 m2) of vacation enjoyment within the Gold Coast
Aruba community. The community features three swimming pool areas, of which two are equipped with BBQ and dining facilities, outdoor showers, and restrooms.
The third pool is located at the clubhouse, which has a bar and a local food
restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, there is a gym
and two tennis courts available for free. (For nighttime play, there is a small
fee for the lighting facilities.)
The property is located within a 5-minute drive of the famous Palm Beach and Arashi Beach. Relaxing snorkeling spots like "Tres Trapi" can be reached within a 3-minute drive.
